We have been across to church to visit Rev Anne. She told us what she has to do during a baptism service. We then got given different roles to act a christening service out. We had to be the vicar, parents, godparents and guests. We discussed the font, the oil and the candle and how they were all important parts of a baptism service. 

We have read the bible story of Jesus being baptised by John the Baptist in the River Jordan. We watched clips of other people being baptised in this river and thought about what it would have been like when Jesus was. We then created moving pictures to retell the story ourselves with the puppets.
