Well done Poppi and Adriana.  Poppi has been  ‘faithful’ friend this week, ensuring Ruby continues to settle into her new school family. Thank you Poppi. 
Adriana has added fine details to her story in English making it the best piece of English work so far. Well done Adriana.

Gospel Heroes 27th May 2022

Eli was awarded Gospel Value Hero for the half term for demonstrating the Gospel Value of WISDOM.  Eli has made wise choices regarding his learning and at playtimes and I am sure he will continue to think about the choices he makes as he moves to his new school. Well done Eli.



Well done Ollie, he has once again gone above and beyond in doing extra work to help his understanding of time in maths. 

Hallie has gone above and beyond in helping to sort the classroom out at lunchtime so everything is ready for when the children come back in from their break. Thank you Hallie.

So many Year 3’s going ‘Above and Beyond’ this week to receive Gospel Hero. From choosing to work in their own time to improve their writing to doing extra at home. Super work.

Friday 6th May 2022

Gospel Hero this week is awarded to Sam for trying extremely hard to improve his writing, showing resilience and determination to better himself. He also went above and beyond in sorting out the bookshelf outside the Year 2 classroom without being asked. Fantastic Sam.

Friday 29th April 2022

Ollie has gone above and beyond this week completing additional homework all about our Gospel Value of the half term Wisdom.  He made a Wisdom Wall full of proverbs and explained to us all what the proverb “A bad workman blames his tools” means. Well done Ollie.

Ronnie has been demonstrating kindness not only in school but also at home.  After making his box of chocolates in school, he shared them with his Grandma.  He couldn’t wait to tell her all about them and offer her some as he left the school gate.

Honour has gone above and beyond in helping all the adults in class this week, doing jobs and making our lives so much easier. Thank you Honor.


Isabelle’s attitude to learning has been second to none his week. Always ready to learn and completing her work to a high standard.  Well done Isabelle. 

Gospel Hero of the Half Term

Well done for demonstrating what Forgiveness is all about.  You ALWAYS forgive others and never hold a grudge contributing to making our class a happy place to learn.

Lee helped by tidying the classroom when he hadn’t made the mess and without being asked, saving me time. Thank you Lee.


Eli has impressed a number of adults around school showing what he is truly capable of both during lesson time and on the playground. Well done Eli.

Rory showed determination and perseverance this week during reading sessions. He has gone over and above and proved to himself with determination he can achieve good things.


Markey has impressed me with his writing this week.  He checked his work over and over to make it the absolute best it could be. Well done Marley.

Eli was awarded Gospel Hero for going over and above this week in his English.  During the World Book Day activities, he carefully constructed his poem, checking his work to make it the the best it could be.  

Hallie was awarded Gospel Hero by Mrs Panther for making Mrs Panther’s life easier at lunch time by going over and above cleaning up.
