Mindfulness Club

Guided Meditation and Mindful Colouring

In Mindfulness Club we are learning the importance of looking after ourselves by giving our minds time to relax and appreciate things around us. This is an important skill to learn if we are to lead healthy lives as we grow up. 
In guided meditation we learnt about using a mindful wand to centre and ground ourselves and listen to our breathing and use the wand to help us relax all parts of our bodies.
