In music this half term we are learning to play the recorder. During our first lesson we learnt which hand goes at the top and which hand supports the recorder at the bottom. We also learnt that when covering a hole on the recorder to play a bit, our fingers must be flat and cover the whole fully or we sound squeaky. Not a bad first attempt.
