Our final dance. Can you spot the different animals in the rainforest? We thoroughly enjoyed creating this dance to round off our topic.

Wednesday 8th June 2022
We have begun our dance unit inspired by the rainforest.  We have already applied what we know about some of the rainforest animals and thought about how we can move like these animals.  We have begun to put these movements to music.  Looking forward to how this dance progresses. 

Monday 25th April 2022

The children have shown great resilience as they continue to master throwing and catching in our ‘net and wall’ unit in P.E.  By the end of today’s lesson the children had figured out tactics when putting the skills they are mastering into a game situation. 

We have started our gymnastics unit and so far we have been focusing on balance and coordination. 

In P.E. this half term we are learning balls skills through playing netball.  Here we are practising the bounce pass, chest pass and shoulder pass.
