Jubilee paper chains
As part of the jubilee celebrations, the children worked together cooperatively to make a paper chain for the classroom.
Sun Safety
Today in PSHE, we discussed sun safety and how we can protect ourselves from the sun. We looked at different scenarios and what solutions there might be. We have a slogan which the children have learned and they now understand that they can take some responsibility for keeping themselves safe.

The boys were acting out a scene from Kensuke’s Kingdom, which is the book we are using in our English lessons. This showed their understanding and sequencing of the story.

We have been working hard on playing and working as team. As we have had our playtimes up at the pav this week, the children have played well together and made positive friendships with children they don’t normally play with. Please keep up the positivity.
