16.6.2022 A SUNNY SPORTS DAY! Well done to everyone this afternoon for tremendous throwing, brilliant balancing, super scoring and really fast running. We demonstrated great resilience as we we worked hard to win points for our teams. There were lots of smiles this afternoon- great sportsmanship from everyone!πŸ˜€

26.5.2022 We have carried on our jubilee celebrations today by having a lovely picnic lunch. Unfortunately, the typical British summer weather meant that we had to have our picnic inside, but we had fun and enjoyed our yummy food. Thank you to Jade and Claire in the kitchen and for our super helper from Year 4 (You know who you areπŸ˜€)

Queen's Jubilee - Today we were confident learners; showing off our crown designs in a Jubilee Catwalk. We have been learning about the Wider World, focussing on the special celebrations for the Queen's 70 year reign and we designed our own crowns to celebrate this. School council selected their favourite crowns from our class.

13.5.2022 Children ruled the school today. The Year One children chose to bring a toy to school, have any drink they wanted in their water bottle and watch a film with popcorn in the afternoon. The vacuum cleaner needed to come out, but everyone had fun.

COMIC RELIEF 2022!

We wore red, donated Easter eggs for our upcoming Easter egg bingo event and pulled some funny faces today smileycheekylaugh!

Valentines Day

We have all come to school wearing red today for Valentines Day and have enjoyed a red jammy biscuit raising money for our new library area.

Christmas Cards for the Old People's Home

We made Christmas cards to send to residents in the local old people's homes.  We wanted to bring a smile to the faces of people who may be lonely at Christmas.

Santa's Little Helper, Molly!

We have enjoyed our Christmas party morning and a special visit from Molly with some Christmas gifts for us all.

Christmas Dinner

Year 1 enjoyed Christmas dinner together with turkey, crackers and Christmas music!
