We did some mindfulness exercising. We used our balance to sit or stand in different poses. Some poses we found very tricky but we were resilient and determined to master these poses. 

In R.E, we spoke about special places. Mrs Prince spoke about her holidays in Abersoch, Wales and we found a picture on a map of the beach she used to visit, this beach is special to her because it reminds her of lots of happy memories. We also spoke about our Church being one of our special places. We listened to our class friends talk about their special places. A few examples were, at home, back gardens, Nanny’s house and on holiday in the hot tub! We showed fantastic listening skills. 

We enjoyed a story in the sun. We loved being outside in the beautiful weather and listened to a story about the beach. This made us want to be at the seaside so we used our imagination and made our own beach. We had great fun.
